Щи зеленые

Ингредиенты
  • 70 гр Картофель
  • 1 шт Кубик бульонный (Куриный или говяжий)
  • 1 шт Яйцо
  • 50 гр Сырок плавленный
  • 20 гр Лук репчатый
  • Лук зеленый
Инструкции
  1. Щавель, который нетрудно насобирать на берегах наших рек, перебираем, промываем и измельчаем.

  2. Варим до готовности нарезанный картофель, добавляем бульонный кубик. Засыпаем щавель, доводим до кипения и снимаем с огня.

  3. Затем добавляем сваренное вкрутую и порезанное яйцо, репчатый и зеленый лук и плавленый сырок, растертый в горячем бульоне до консистенции сметаны.
